EXCITEMENT!!

We've been house shopping for the past few weeks, completely unexpectedly. We weren't even in the market for a new house, but a strange sequence of events got us looking... after many ups and downs (as is common when trying to buy a house! Oh it's so emotionally draining!), we've finally struck a deal to buy THE PERFECT HOUSE! As long as underwriting, inspection, and appraisal goes smoothly, we shall be moving within the next month!
